Severe weather causes disruptions in Vágur region of Føroyar

Severe weather conditions overnight caused significant disruptions in the Vágur region. The local fire brigade, based in Miðvágur and Sandavágur, received their first damage report around 2 AM, and firefighters have been actively responding since then. Reports indicate several incidents of damage in both Miðvágur and Giljanes, with Sandavágur experiencing the most severe effects.

Dánjal Pauli Poulsen, the campaign leader, provided updates on the situation during a news briefing at 10 AM.
