Man dies following shooting incident in Malmö and significant fire erupts in Sundsvall
A man has died following a shooting incident that took place in Malmö. Emergency services were alerted on Monday afternoon to Kattarpstorget due to reports of gunfire. Upon arrival, authorities found an injured man inside a restaurant. By early Tuesday morning, police confirmed that the man had succumbed to his injuries.
In another incident, a significant fire erupted in a garage complex in Sundsvall on Monday evening, continuing into Tuesday morning. Firefighters responded with multiple units and remained on-site throughout the night. Police were also notified after reports of loud bangs in the area, which were later determined to be connected to the fire.
Additionally, a fuel depot in the Belgorod region of Russia caught fire following a drone strike attributed to Ukraine overnight. According to the regional governor, Vyacheslav Gladkov, the blaze has since been extinguished and there were no reported casualties.
