R-kiosk to end bill payment service by December 31 due to legislation changes

The bill payment service provided at R-kiosks will end by the end of the year, according to communication from R-kiosk. The service will officially cease on December 31. The reason for this discontinuation is attributed to tightened anti-money laundering legislation, which has made it impossible for the current service provider to continue. No alternative service provider has been found.
