AGCO Group to initiate job negotiations affecting 100 positions across Finland

AGCO Group, a manufacturer of agricultural machinery, is set to initiate personnel negotiations that may result in the loss of approximately 100 jobs across Finland. Among the impacted facilities is the Valtra tractor manufacturing plant located in Suolahti, Äänekoski, which could potentially see around 60 job cuts.

The negotiations will involve both Valtra and AGCO Power’s employees, specifically targeting administrative and senior positions. Currently, Valtra and AGCO Power employ around 1,300 people in Suolahti, with 506 classified as administrative staff, who will be directly affected by these discussions.
