Fire engulfs Nefab industrial property on Postitorvenkatu in Tampere

The Pirkanmaa Fire Department is currently extinguishing a fire on Postitorvenkatu in Tampere. According to a press release from the department, the blaze started in the dust extraction system of an industrial property. A reporter from Yle on the scene identified the company involved as Nefab.

The fire department received the alarm about the large building fire at around 10 a.m. More than 20 firefighting units have been dispatched to the location. Updates on the situation are forthcoming.
