The Central Organization of Finnish Trade Unions (SAK) has announced that its restructuring negotiations will result in the termination of 11 employment contracts. Additionally, the roles of several employees will be modified. Some of the reductions will occur through retirements.

The negotiations began in August due to operational and financial reasons. At that time, SAK estimated that the changes could lead to a reduction of up to 20 person-years of work. Following the restructuring, SAKโ€™s workforce will consist of 50 individuals.
