An 18-year-old racer from Hokksund, Martinius Kleve Stenshorne, has achieved impressive results in his first season in the Formula 3 circuit, and he is now setting his sights on the future.

“I am very happy and enthusiastic to enter my second season in Formula 3 with Hitech. 2024 was a strong first year in the championship, and we achieved several good results that helped the team compete for both titles. I hope it will be the same next season,” said Stenshorne.

He is looking forward to working with the new car in the upcoming year. Hitech team principal Paul Bellringer expressed his excitement about Stenshorne’s continued involvement. “I am pleased to confirm that Martinius will continue with us ahead of the 2025 season. In his first year on the international stage during one of the toughest seasons that the F3 circuit has ever seen, he showcased his evident potential with a victory in the second round as well as a podium finish. He has consistently been in the points battle,” Bellringer commented.

Stenshorne, who has his roots in the Norwegian racing community and previously competed for NMK Modum & Sigdal, was named the Norwegian Motorsport Talent of the Year in 2021 by the Norwegian Motorsport Federation. In recent years, he has also raced in the Formula Regional European Championship by Alpine in Italy.

In the Formula 3 championship this season, he finished in 18th place overall. Stenshorne is also part of McLaren’s driver program in Formula 1, indicating that he’s on a promising trajectory in motorsport.
