Noho Partners acquires majority stake in H5 Restaurants in Tampere

Finnish restaurant company Noho Partners has acquired a majority stake in H5 Restaurants. The deal includes eight restaurants located in Tampere: H5 Bar & Cellar, Pub Kujakolli, Restaurant Härlem, Restaurant Pons, The Red Lion Pub, Restaurant Tuoppi, Beerhouse Opaali, and the sports bar Kultainen Ilves, which manages the catering operations of the Tammela football stadium. The combined annual revenue of these restaurants exceeds eight million euros.

As part of the transaction, Noho-owned restaurant Patarouva will also join the H5 Restaurants group. H5 Restaurants entrepreneur Marko Meronen stated in a press release that this acquisition ensures a positive trajectory for future growth, as Noho’s expertise and synergy benefits will be integrated into the already successful operation.

Founded in 1996, Noho Partners is a Finnish group specializing in the restaurant industry, operating approximately 300 restaurants across Finland, Denmark, Norway, and Switzerland.
