Krafta to establish large oil tanks at Strondum for maritime fuel supply

Krafta is set to establish two large oil tanks at Strondum, focused solely on supplying oil to ships rather than households. The company plans to commence sales from these tanks in March of next year. Additionally, Krafta will operate tankers for transportation to the vessels.

Krafta began its operations in July of last year and has since provided gas oil for both boats in the Faroe Islands and for export. The company, led by CEO Rói Kalsø, is positioning itself to meet the needs of maritime fuel consumers more effectively with its new infrastructure.
