The leader of Funnefoss Vormsund Sports Club, Tom Sigurd Hagen, halted an event he deemed unacceptable. “I saw no other option but to ask them to end the event. We certainly do not endorse the views they hold,” he stated.

The gathering reportedly had over 100 attendees. Hagen mentioned that he rented out the club’s premises in good faith, as they typically host events like milestone birthday celebrations. “This was something entirely different, to say the least,” he remarked, emphasizing his certainty that the event needed to be stopped. He personally went to the venue to ask attendees to leave. “When I arrived, there were many people and cars present,” he recalled.

According to reports, a German Nazi rapper was scheduled to perform at the event in Romerike. This was confirmed by the German federal police, stating that a person was denied entry to Oslo at Berlin Brandenburg Airport on September 19.

On the same day, a demonstration against Nazism took place in downtown Oslo.

Hagen recounted that he instructed the event organizers to leave the premises and clean up after themselves. “I told them this is completely unacceptable and that the decision to revoke their rental agreement was final,” he added. He also noted that the police in East Norway were not informed about the event. Hagen clarified that the organizers had not communicated that the event was fascist in nature. “They had rented the venue for the entire weekend. Now they are in the process of cleaning up and leaving,” he concluded.
