Man presents homemade driving license to police in Oslo

A man presented a homemade driving license to the police when his vehicle was stopped on suspicion of drug-impaired driving. He claimed to have lost his real license. Following a blood test, he was released. Meanwhile, police seized the vehicle of another driver due to repeated offenses related to drug and substance abuse.

In a separate incident, one person was taken to the hospital after their car collided with a guardrail. The current condition of the injured individual remains unknown, according to a police report.

In addition to these incidents, the police addressed various requests for assistance and conducted routine patrols. They responded twice to reports of noise complaints from a party. Fortunately, no one was held in custody overnight.
