Emergency services responded to a serious workplace accident in Urriðaholt, Garðabær, sending three ambulances and a pump truck to the scene. Skúli Jónsson, the station manager at the Hafnarfjörður police station, confirmed that responders are still on-site, but he was unable to provide further details about the incident involving individuals.

Earlier today, two people were transported to the emergency department following a workplace accident at a manufacturing facility in Hafnarfjörður.
