Police recover one individual from Otra River near Høivold Brygge in Norway

Police reported an incident shortly after 4 AM on Thursday. According to operations leader Arve Myklebust from the Agder police district, one person was quickly recovered from the water and is awake and conscious.

Later, authorities confirmed that they had located the second missing individual. The person was found in a boat and is being transported to the hospital. Myklebust stated that there is currently no information suggesting that more individuals are missing, but they are working to clarify the situation.

The condition of the person being taken to the hospital is not yet known. The accident occurred in the Otra River near Høivold Brygge.
