Friday 6th November 2026 on 04:45 in Finland

Finland, forecast, weather

Frost could make roads slippery in parts of southern and central Finland on Friday morning after temperatures fell below freezing across much of the country overnight, Yle reports.

Friday is expected to be mostly dry, with sunshine in much of Finland. North Lapland will be cloudier, with sleet or snow possible. Daytime temperatures will range from around zero in the north to about 5 degrees in the south, before falling below freezing in many areas during the evening.

Saturday will remain sunny, with gusty westerly winds. Cloud will be most widespread in the south, east and North Lapland. Father’s Day is also forecast to be mostly dry and sunny, though heavier snow could reach the Lapland Arm from Norway.
