Funen quizmaster challenges readers with his five toughest questions

Quiz nights are drawing full houses at pubs, bars and cafés, and Michael Sørensen says they have become increasingly popular, DR reports.

At Storms Pakhus in Odense, up to 60 teams turn up every Tuesday for a general knowledge quiz hosted by Sørensen, known as Funen’s “uncrowned quiz king”.

Sørensen left his job as a schoolteacher in March to become a full-time quizmaster. He runs quizzes in Odense, Svendborg, Nyborg, Middelfart and Horsens, and will soon add Aarhus.
