Portuguese airline TAP Air will begin scheduled flights between Keflavik and Lisbon next spring, mbl.is reports. The airline plans to operate three flights a week from April 1 to October 28, 2027, according to a statement from Keflavik Airport.

TAP Air will join 28 other airlines that have announced plans to fly to and from Keflavik next summer. The new route will also offer connections from Lisbon to destinations including Faro and Madeira in Portugal, as well as cities in Africa and South America.

“We are very pleased to welcome TAP Air to Keflavik Airport. Lisbon is a popular and exciting destination, as well as a strong hub for connections to many destinations in southern Europe, Africa and South America. We look forward to working together,” said Grétar Már Garðarsson, head of airline relations and marketing at Keflavik Airport.
