Hoyvíksgarður to test digital fencing next summer

Hoyvíksgarður will introduce digital fencing next summer, initially for 40 to 50 young cattle, KVF reports.

The farm has 150 cattle and 270 sheep. Farmer Sigert Patursson said many of the cattle graze in the hills but sometimes stray from the grazing grounds, making invisible fencing an interesting option.
