The investigation is ongoing. On Monday, prosecutor John R. Sødahl Furunes informed that two individuals had been arrested. By Wednesday, he reported that another person has been charged in the case.
All three men are in their twenties and face allegations related to coercion, as authorities seek to apprehend them. They have been wanted nationally since Monday.
The victim is said to have been forcibly pulled from a white e-Golf prior to the incident, which occurred between 2:20 and 2:40 AM on Sunday, August 11.
“We take the violence exhibited against the victim very seriously. We are actively investigating the incident and are seeking tips from the public who may have seen or heard anything during that timeframe, or who have knowledge about the incident,” stated Furunes in a press release on Tuesday.
