ASÍ keeps three vice-presidents after proposal is rejected

The Icelandic Confederation of Labour will keep its three vice-presidents after delegates rejected a proposal to reduce the number to one, mbl.is reported.

The proposal, put forward by the confederation’s central board, was defeated in a secret ballot at the organisation’s congress, with 61% voting against it and 39% in favour.
