IT failure affects every municipality

An IT failure is affecting all municipalities in the country, DR reports.

The municipalities’ IT association, Kombit, told TV 2 and Ekstra Bladet that the outage was affecting every municipality. The cause and full extent of the problem are not yet clear.

In some municipalities, home care staff are having trouble accessing systems that tell them which residents they need to visit, TV 2 Øst reports.

“We are working hard to resolve the system error,” Kombit press chief Lars Skov Granerud told TV 2. Kombit buys and manages IT solutions for municipalities.
