An Italian asset management company plans to acquire the Faroese limited company GroAqua Group, KVF reports.

Ambienta and its Norwegian subsidiary BidCo 104 intend to take sole control of GroAqua Group, according to a notice to the Competition Authority. BidCo 104 is owned by Ambienta, and the acquisition mainly covers markets in the Faroe Islands.

The deal is one of four acquisitions Ambienta is pursuing. The other three involve FLS, Smir and Bio Marine, all companies in Norway’s aquaculture industry.
