GroAqua to join international group

GroAqua will become part of a large international group on Thursday, KVF reports, citing a statement from investment company Tjaldur, which owns a majority stake in the company.
GroAqua develops and manufactures technical solutions for the aquaculture industry. Tjaldur chief executive and GroAqua board chairman Janus Thomsen described the move as a development for the company.
