Landsvirkjun CEO calls surprise staff meeting

Landsvirkjun chief executive Hörður Arnarson has called a staff meeting for after midday, mbl.is reports.

mbl.is has not been able to confirm whether the meeting is connected to rumours that Arnarson will leave his post. Board members and communications officers had not returned the outlet’s calls over the past hour.

Arnarson has led the company since 2010, for more than 16 years.
