Man charged with rape and incest involving his daughter

A man has been charged with rape, incest and an aggravated offence in an intimate relationship involving his daughter in 2024, mbl.is reports.
The indictment says he had sexual intercourse with her without her consent. It alleges that she was unable to resist because she was intoxicated and drowsy. He is also accused of touching her breasts and buttocks.
His daughter is seeking four million in compensation. The indictment does not state how old she was when the alleged offences took place. mbl.is notes that she is seeking compensation herself, rather than through a parent or guardian, indicating that she is now over 18.
