Runavík adds 2.5 million kroner to swimming pool budget

Runavík’s municipal council has approved an additional 2.5 million kroner for operating the town’s swimming pool, KVF reports.

A projection and estimate show the pool needs the extra funding for the final four months of the year. The total net appropriation will then reach 6.915 million kroner, which is estimated to cover the pool’s annual operating costs.

The additional funding will come from the municipality’s available cash.
