Emergency crews rehearse response to plane crash at airport

Emergency services took part in a large-scale exercise at an airport on Tuesday to test coordination during a serious aircraft accident, KVF reported.

The simulated scenario involved a plane carrying 150 people running off the runway. Police, ambulance services and other emergency response units worked to assess the situation and assist people who were injured in the exercise.

The exercise will now be evaluated to determine what worked well and what could be improved if a serious accident occurred in reality.
