Icelandic tipster wins ISK 1.2 million

An Icelandic tipster won ISK 1.2 million by correctly predicting 13 results on Sunday’s betting coupon, mbl.is reports, citing a statement from Íslenskar getraunir.

The prize was shared between the Icelandic winner and 46 tipsters from Sweden. A Swedish tipster who correctly predicted all the English football matches over the weekend won SEK 10 million, equivalent to about ISK 129 million.

The Icelandic tipster bought a ticket with double coverage on four matches and one selection on nine matches. The ticket contained 32 lines and cost ISK 416.
