Pisa 2025 results focus on science skills

The results of the PISA 2025 study assessing 15-year-olds’ skills will be released today, Yle reports. The main subject area in this edition is science.

In the 2022 study, Finnish teenagers’ science skills declined. Their average scores across subjects have also fallen from the peak levels recorded at the beginning of the millennium.

PISA is an OECD research programme that provides information on the state of education and learning outcomes in different countries.
