Police to question witnesses after fatal Krýsuvíkurvegur crash

Police will question a group of witnesses in the coming days as the investigation into the fatal crash on Krýsuvíkurvegur continues, mbl.is reports.

Sævar Guðmundsson, chief superintendent with the Capital Region Police, said the number of witnesses had not yet been determined.

Police are also investigating footage from the crash that has circulated on social media.

Two girls, aged 16 and 18, and a 20-year-old man died in the crash.
