DR experts to answer questions on newly adopted fertiliser law

DR will host a live question-and-answer session on the controversial fertiliser law adopted by the Folketing, Denmark’s parliament, on Thursday.

From 2pm to 3pm, three experts and DR’s climate analyst will answer questions about the law.

The experts are Jacob Carstensen, a professor at Aarhus University who has researched the marine environment, nutrient pollution and oxygen depletion for many years; Brian H. Jacobsen, an associate professor at the University of Copenhagen and a longtime expert on the impact of environmental regulation on agriculture; and Peter Sørensen, a professor at Aarhus University who specialises in how crops use nutrients.
