Opposition lead narrows to 2.6 points in Novus poll

The opposition’s lead over the government has narrowed to 2.6 percentage points, according to a Novus poll commissioned by TV4 and reported by SVT.
The Liberals also rose to 3.3 per cent, the poll showed. With 11 days remaining until the election, the opposition’s advantage has decreased.
The survey was conducted from August 24 to 30 and included 2,984 interviews. The Left Party received 8.4 per cent, up 1.0 percentage point; the Social Democrats 25.8 per cent, down 4.3 points; and the Green Party 7.8 per cent, down 0.1 points.
The Centre Party received 8.3 per cent, up 1.2 points. The Christian Democrats received 6.5 per cent, up 0.2 points; the Moderates 17.2 per cent, down 1.1 points; and the Sweden Democrats 20.7 per cent, up 1.6 points. Other parties received 2.0 per cent, up 0.1 points.
