Tinna Molphy joins Sjóvá to lead strategy and business development

Tinna Molphy has been appointed to lead strategy and business development at insurance company Sjóvá, mbl.is reports.

She joins Sjóvá from Alvotech and previously worked at Marel for about eight years.

According to a Sjóvá announcement, Molphy has more than 20 years of experience in communications, marketing and investor relations in Iceland’s financial market.

She worked at Landsbankinn and Íslandsbanki from 2003 to 2017 in marketing and communications, financial relations, and business relations with foreign banks and credit rating agencies.

Molphy holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business administration and Japanese from Trinity College Cublin in Iceland.
