Police investigate chemical bottle explosion at Kalundborg school

Mid and West Zealand Police are investigating an explosion at Rynkevangskolen in Kalundborg, DR reports. The incident happened on a sports field, and police are present at several locations in Kalundborg.

Police said the explosion involved a bottle containing chemicals that was probably made by one or more students at the school. No one was injured.

All children and staff have left the school, according to the police district. Parents have been urged to follow the instructions issued by the school through Aula. Police said there was no danger to anyone in the area.
