Competition Authority reviews SR Invest bid for Eysturlon

The Competition Authority will decide whether SR Invest can acquire Eysturlon, Kringvarp Føroya reports.

SR Invest is a newly established company owned by Fróði Sigvardsen and Árni T. Rasmussen.

Limited company Bjálvarók owns all shares in Eysturlon, with a total value of 119,000 kroner.

The construction company Eysturlon was founded in 1983 and employs 30 people.
