Final constituency results expected within 10 minutes

Final results from the Southwest constituency are expected within 10 minutes, mbl.is reports. It is the only constituency where counting has not been completed.

Tamar Klara Lipka Þormarsdóttir, chair of the constituency election committee, confirmed this in an interview with mbl.is.

The expected outcome would require a major shift to change. So far, 52.5% of voters have rejected further membership talks with the European Union, while 47.5% support them.

Voting took place on Saturday.
