The no vote has taken the lead in the vote count in Iceland’s Southwest constituency, mbl.is reports.

Of 32,800 counted ballots, 15,900 were in favour of yes and 16,900 were against. Earlier in the evening, the count had been evenly split at 9,900 votes for each option.

No invalid or blank ballots have been counted in the constituency. The figures indicate that the ballots are being counted there differently from elsewhere in the country.
