Rain and showers forecast across Iceland

Light rain or drizzle is expected in many northern and eastern parts of Iceland today, while partly cloudy conditions and occasional showers are forecast in the south and west, according to mbl.is.

Northerly or variable winds will generally be light. Rainfall in the north and east is expected to continue until evening, while showers in the south and west are most likely during the afternoon.

Tomorrow, winds will be westerly or variable at 3 to 8 metres per second. Skies will be partly cloudy with scattered showers, although little precipitation is expected in the southwest. Temperatures will range from 7 to 14 degrees Celsius, with the mildest conditions in the south.
