Belarus to close embassy in Finland
Belarus will close its embassy in Finland on September 1, Helsingin Sanomat reported, according to Yle.
The closure is listed in a state decision register. Belarusian Prime Minister Aleksandr Turchin signed the Council of Ministers’ decision.
Belarus established its embassy in Finland in 2011. Finland does not have an embassy in Belarus, but its Ministry for Foreign Affairs has a liaison office in Minsk.
