Spendrups recalls Trocadero Zero packs over beer risk

Spendrups is recalling 24-packs of Trocadero Zero after some boxes were found to contain cans of strong beer, Swedish broadcaster SVT reported.

The affected packs were sold at Lidl and Dollarstore. Spendrups said some boxes contain individual cans from another brand containing strong beer.

All affected packs are said to have been removed from store shelves. Customers who bought one are urged to contact Spendrups’ consumer service.

The recall applies to 24-packs with a best-before date of 22 July 2027. Spendrups said the contents of the Trocadero Zero cans themselves are correct and that it has launched an investigation.
