Citycon puts three shopping centres on sale as earnings rise

Finnish property investment company Citycon has approved the possible sale of three shopping centres for €442.6 million, Yle reported on Wednesday. The centres are Myyrmanni in Vantaa, Koskikeskus in Tampere and Trio in Lahti.

Citycon would retain responsibility for the asset and property management services of the shopping centres.

In its second-quarter report, Citycon said net rental income rose 6.5% year on year to €57.5 million. The comparable figure for April to June 2025 was €54.3 million.

The company reported operating profit of €50.8 million for the quarter. It expects comparable net rental income to grow from the previous year in the future.
