The police officer who forced a moped rider off the road in Tuusula on Saturday has not yet been interviewed, regional prosecutor Heli Haapalehto told STT on Wednesday, according to Yle.

Investigators are also determining whether other police officers were present, Haapalehto said.

The moped rider was injured in the incident. An ambulance was not called to the scene, but to a nearby location. The investigation will establish how much time passed between the rider leaving the road and the ambulance being called.

Haapalehto declined to comment on the speeds of the moped rider or the police officer. She said it was clear that the officer was driving at the same speed as the moped rider, who was travelling fast.
