Police investigate suspicious death in Troms

Police are investigating a suspicious death in Troms after a person was found dead in connection with an incident involving a firearm, Dagbladet reported.

Troms Police District said it received a report at about 10 p.m. on Monday. Several people were at the scene when the incident occurred.

One person has been designated a suspect in the case. Police said it was too early to determine what role the person may have played, adding that the designation was made to safeguard the investigation.

Police are working to establish what happened. They said the situation at the scene is under control and that there is no danger to other people.
