State compensation rises by DKK 4,186 a month

People who lose income while caring for a child with a disability or permanent illness, someone who is terminally ill or a person with an acquired brain injury will now receive up to DKK 4,186 more a month from the public treasury, KVF reports. The increase also applies to parents who lose a child.

Under a regulation that has entered into force, the monthly payment rises from DKK 26,814 to DKK 31,000.
