Police had no emergency assignment at a moped meet in Tuusula, Yle reports, citing the Eastern Uusimaa Police Department.

The Helsinki Police Department’s communications unit described Saturday’s incident, in which a moped rider was driven into a ditch, as “in a certain way a major case”. However, it said very little information was currently available.
