Reykjavík Pride parade heads through city centre

Reykjavík’s Pride parade is taking place today, with a live stream available from mbl.is.

The parade will set off from Hallgrímskirkja church at 2 p.m. and travel down Skólavörðustígur and Bankastræti before continuing towards Hljómskálagarður park. It will end there, where outdoor concerts will follow.

Pride Days began on August 4, with numerous events held across the city in recent days. The parade is the festival’s largest event each year.
