Horsens remand hearing linked to 15-year-old girl case
A remand hearing in Horsens linked to the case of a 15-year-old Danish girl took place at short notice on Friday, DR reports.
The hearing concerns a case involving “aggravated deprivation of liberty”, according to DR. The girl was the subject of an international search on Tuesday and was found at a location in Hungary on Thursday.
The hearing was held in absentia, meaning the accused person or people were not present in court. The prosecutor argued for closed doors and a reporting ban, citing the investigation, including the fact that alleged accomplices remain at large and that the case contains information of an offensive nature.
The judge ruled that the hearing would take place behind closed doors and with a reporting ban. The press is therefore unable to report what is said in court.
