Parliament begins debate on prime minister’s Ólavsøka address

The Faroese parliament begins its main debate on the prime minister’s Ólavsøka address on Monday, Kringvarp Føroya (KVF) reports.
Tuesday has also been set aside for the debate, while parliament will hold another sitting on Wednesday. According to the parliament’s website, it will not meet again until August 26.
Parliament will also elect members to the Nordic Council during Monday’s sitting.
