Car dealership fire in Mäntsälä prompts hazard warning for town centre

A large fire has broken out at a car dealership in Mäntsälä, southern Finland, with emergency services responding to the scene on Päivärinteenpolku in the early afternoon, Yle reports.

Seventeen fire units are on site battling the blaze in a two-storey building. No injuries have been reported so far.

Authorities have issued a hazard warning for Mäntsälä town centre due to smoke from the fire. Residents are advised to turn off ventilation systems and stay indoors if necessary.
