Meteorologist forecasts return of high-summer heat

Sweden may experience high-summer heat again next week as a high-pressure ridge moves in, according to SVT meteorologist Henrik Reimer.

The ridge is expected to reach Sweden by Wednesday, though its duration remains uncertain. “It’s still unclear whether the ridge will linger through the weekend or give way to more unsettled weather,” Reimer said.

Unstable conditions are forecast for the coming days before the potential shift.
