Wind speeds of 15 to 20 meters per second are anticipated under Eyjafjöll and in the Westman Islands from 6 AM to 4 PM. There is a possibility of sudden gusts that could blow away tents. Residents and festival-goers are advised to take precautions with loose belongings, while other areas in the South are forecasted to experience lighter winds.

In Vestmannaeyjar, gusty winds are expected from the northeast and east, reaching speeds of 15 to 20 meters per second between 3 AM and 2 PM. The eastern part of the region should see calmer winds.
